Our Team Readiness workshops are aimed at teams or organisations that are at the early stages of implementing peer-based approaches. The sessions are suitable for a wide range of settings including health and social care, education, charities, private sector or public sector services. We encourage participation from a range of roles including people working in lived experience roles, team leaders, HR representatives, senior managers and wider colleagues.

Supporting a team in the early stages of their journey to implementation is one of the keys to success. We will focus on creating a shared understanding of peer-based approaches and their benefits across the team.

Our Team Readiness workshops can be delivered as stand-alone sessions for teams. They can also be delivered as part of a broader package and are a useful progression onto our Team Development workshop.

Team readiness is delivered as a full-day session. The workshop is tailored to the needs of the team and can be delivered in person or online.

Our delivery team will include input from one of our directors, bringing their expertise in developing good practice frameworks for implementing peer-based approaches. Our directors have led on implementing peer-based approaches across various settings, including the NHS, social housing, carers organisations, grassroots charities and community groups.

With-you are privileged to have worked with a wide range of clients from the voluntary sector, police, housing, NHS Trusts, small local groups, and national organisations.

The following is a brief look into some of the clients we have been honoured to work with over the years.

The With-you Team Readiness day facilitated the growth of our new Mental Health & Wellness Team. They brought interactive engagement, knowledge, and experience, fostering a supportive environment for discussing the unique role of peer workers. We addressed myths and challenges, encouraging a shift in team thinking to enhance our services. The team collaboratively devised an action plan, promoting shared ownership from junior members to senior leaders as the role evolves.
