Overview

Our quality assured training through the AIM Quality Mark scheme enables learners to apply group facilitation skills to settings such as peer support groups, project teams, activity groups, peer support networks and group training.

During the time that we work together, there is a strong emphasis on forming relationships; we feel this mirrors the theory aspects of this course.  Throughout, we aim to facilitate trusting relationships and to build a safe and supportive space. One of our core values is that we all learn from each other, and we achieve this by hearing a diverse range of voices and perspectives.

We have a team of facilitators who draw on our collective experiences of facilitating groups with young people, carers, Black and Asian networks, LGBTQ+ communities, mental health services, staff teams and Blue Light services.
